Google Fi Wireless Deal: Get a 50% Discount for Four Months – Technologist

Now through October 21, new customers can join Google Fi Wireless and get a four-month 50% discount on the Simply Unlimited or Unlimited Plus plan. For one line, that’s a savings of up to $130!

In this article, I’ll take a closer look at Google Fi Wireless’ latest new-customer offer. 

Save $50-$130 per Line on an Unlimited Phone Plan

Google Fi Wireless (Team Clark’s Review) offers two unlimited phone plans: Simply Unlimited and Unlimited Plus. Typically, these plans cost $50 and $65 per month for one line, respectively (plus taxes & fees). Multiline discounts make these plans more affordable with a $10/line discount for two, a $20/line discount for three or a $25/line discount for four to six. However, now through October 21, new customers can switch to Google Fi Wireless and save even more with a 50% per-line discount for four months. That’s a savings of $50-$130 per line depending on the plan and number of lines you choose!

To get this deal, you’ll need to bring your own phone and join Google Fi Wireless as a new customer. Google Fi Wireless defines a new customer as someone who hasn’t had an active account in the past 180 days. If you’re a new customer and your phone is unlocked (is my phone unlocked?) you can check its compatibility with Google Fi Wireless’ network online.

Be sure to activate your phone within 14 days of signup to be eligible for this promotion. Once you activate your service, you’ll automatically receive a 50% line discount for the first four months. After four months of service, plan rates will return to normal.

Google Fi Wireless: The Best International Phone Plan

If you aren’t familiar with Google Fi Wireless, it’s an affordable cell phone service provider that operates on T-Mobile’s network. As long as you have T-Mobile service in your area, you’ll likely be covered with Google Fi Wireless. Plus, T-Mobile is currently ranked far above the competition regarding download speeds and consistency, which means you should experience decent download speeds.
