In a chillier climate, you’ll want to cover as much skin as possible when going outside because of the harsh air. Wear sunglasses, a buff covering as much of your neck and face skin as possible and a hat to cover your head and ears. These tips help the skin maintain its moisture and avoid irritation which can lead to a condition such as eczema.
